This policy applies to the e-services portal of the Ministry of Planning and its departments, and to business accounts of companies and contractors.

- Account data: company name, representative name, email, phone number, entity type and representative role.
- Request data: the information and documents you attach when submitting or updating requests.
- Payment data: payment number, amount, payment status and transaction number.
- Technical data: session information needed for sign-in and account protection, and general usage statistics.
How we use data
We use your data to:
- Process your requests and issue certificates and replies.
- Notify you of request status and any notes you need to address.
- Complete payments and issue receipts.
- Protect accounts and prevent misuse.
- Improve the portal and its services.
Payments
Online payments go through approved payment gateways. The portal doesn't store your card details; you enter them directly on the payment provider's page.
Data protection and retention
Data is transferred over an encrypted connection and access is limited to authorized staff. We keep data for as long as it's needed to provide the service and for official records under applicable regulations.
Your rights
You can view your account and request data in the portal, and ask us to correct inaccurate data by contacting us.
