The Unified E-Window for the Services of the Ministry of Planning and Its Affiliates
A unified digital window that digitizes all activities and services of the Ministry of Planning and its affiliates and moves their procedures from paper to electronic. It brings together tenders, procurement and direct invitations; company and contractor classification; the inspection and conformity certificate system for goods issued by international and local inspection companies and laboratories; conformity services for newly imported vehicles provided by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control; and technical and legal contract advisory services for government projects, alongside all other e-services of the ministry and its affiliates.
The window is part of keeping pace with digital transformation and strengthening governance. It makes transactions easier and simpler for citizens, traders and importers, and integrates electronically with the ASYCUDA system of the General Commission of Customs, helping to speed up transactions, strengthen transparency and oversight, and maximize state revenue.

How do I create a new account?
Click “Create account” in the top bar, then enter the company name, representative name, email, phone number, entity type (company or contractor) and a password.
How do I track my request?
Sign in and open the service page. Your requests are listed with their status, and you can filter by status or search.
How do I pay the request fees?
When a request is ready for payment, a “Pay” button appears on the request page. Choose a payment method, complete it on the payment gateway, and you'll be brought back to the portal.
How do I verify an issued inspection certificate?
Open the service from the Services page and search by certificate number, manifest number, importer or exporter. No sign-in is needed.
